Before we begin developing a customized plan for you, we have you come in for a complete health assessment to better understand your current health and fitness levels. This process of getting to know you involves what we enjoy doing most. We really love helping clients dive deeper into the root cause of their unhealthy behavior, weight struggles, and mental blocks that limit their ability to achieve a sense of wellbeing. Ultimately once we provide the necessary support, we can really begin working on their true transformation.

Expert Trainer

Marylou has a four-year degree in Kinesiology and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CPT, CES. She is also a CHEK Exercise Coach & Practitioner, USA Weightlifting Coach, TRX trainer, kettlebell Athletics trainer and is currently pursuing a certification through the Posture Restoration Institute.

Crystal has a four-year degree and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, CPT.  She is also Nutrition and Hormone Health Specialist certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Pilates Instructor certified by Lagree.

Expert Trainer

Sang became a personal trainer to help others learn how to reach their health and fitness potential. Sang is passionate about educating and collaborating with clients to find movements and teach skills that are sustainable throughout various stages of their life. Sang has extensive continuing education to provide training that is multidimensional to integrate cognition, neuromuscular training, and skill-related movement including rotational strength and stability for sport as well as enhancing daily living.

Nikki

Expert Trainer

Nikki is a lifelong athlete that grew up playing a variety of sports. The biggest influence on her training style was being immersed in the culture of women's rugby, where it was cool to be strong. She has dedicated her work as a coach to empowering others and helping them find their inner strength. Nikki is a certified NASM-Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), EMT-B, EMT, CNA, CPT-NASM, USAW-Olympic Lifting, Crossfit.

Chelsea

Expert Trainer

Chelsea is a SJSU Kinesiology graduate and is pursuing further education in Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. With a background in physical therapy and athletic training, her training style focuses on strength training, proper body mechanics, and long term success. In her free time, she enjoys competitive cycling on road and at the Velodrome, spending time on the coast, and seeing live music.

Mary

Expert Trainer

Mary has a Bachelors of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Bio Physiology and is a NASM accredited Personal Trainer. Mary’s passion for fitness started 20 years ago on the track at Carlmont High School. She continued in college where she ran Division 1 Cross Country and Track at Northern Arizona University. After graduating, she has enjoyed learning different training methods such as Lagree, Bar Method, Pilates and Yoga.  She continues to enjoy learning new forms of functional and strength training. She is excited to pass on what she has learned and support others on their journey to better health and well being.

Lindsey

Certified Nutrition Specialist

Lindsey is a Certified Nutrition Specialist® with both her bachelor's and master's of science in nutrition. She specializes in functional sports nutrition and working with fitness-minded individuals who want to either begin working towards new goals or continue and move forward on their current path to achieving new goals. She has a food-first mentality and believes that all foods fit into a healthy diet. She is also a strong believer that consistency and balance are key and being able to satisfy your body while also living your life to the fullest are some of the most important elements to a healthy lifestyle.  She has always lived an active lifestyle, is a former competitive half- and full marathon runner, current CrossFit athlete, and new mom who also enjoys walks with her baby and dog.
